Interactive visitor experience

The Shell Eco-marathon challenges high school and college student teams from around the world to design, build and test energy efficient vehicles. For the 2012 European event in Rotterdam, Imagination London was challenged to take the Shell Eco-Marathon experience to a whole new level, bringing 30,000 visitors together over the event’s three-day duration.

I was part of the creative team tasked to design a range of on-site visitor attractions. This included 3D projection mapping energy trends on a 6 metre sphere, energy generating Zorb racing and a real-time crowd sourced art installation, as well as RFID onsite content collection and the event website.
