ABOUT

Recently named one of campaign’s
30 creative female leaders.

I am a designer, illustrator, and creative director based in London.

I have been enjoying working with public organisations, start-ups, agencies and global brands. After leading the design team at Signal Noise, a data design agency part of the Economist Group, I recently returned to run my own practice full-time.

Pursuing imaginative and compelling visual language, my practice focuses on information design and data visualisation and my work takes many forms – from theatre productions and exhibitions to editorial content and interactive platforms.

In 2013, I published The Infographic History of the World. The book is the result of a collaboration with data-journalist James Ball. Available in nine different languages, it is the first attempt to illustrate history and human evolution through data visualisation and infographic storytelling.

My artwork has also become part of the permanent collection of the largest anthropological museum in Austria, The Weltmuseum Wien.

I have had the opportunity to share my work at various international events, and leading workshops attended by students and professionals, including a series of Masterclasses with The Guardian.
